Chase Community Giving on Facebook

The Chase Community Group is giving grants totaling in $5 Million to 200 Charities on Facebook. The top charity will get $250K, four runners up will get $100K, and the remaining 195 charities will get $20K. To enter in the running each charity must gain votes on facebook and be among the list of the top 200 in votes. In countries where resources are limited, it is HALIBS' personal goal to contribute and strengthen the educational system and to provide children with textbooks, reading materials, school supplies, computer access, and libraries. Help African Libraries (HALIBS) is a non-profit and non-governmental organization that aims to improve the educational system in different African countries, by providing an array of resources in public schools and libraries.

The mission of our organization is to create an environment conducive to learning in Africa, by sending children in elementary, primary, and secondary schools educational books, supplies and self-standing libraries.
